GENERAL DESCRIPTION The job of the Maintenance Crafts Worker/HVAC is done for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, installing, servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems, boilers and furnaces and related equipment; make cost estimates and order materials to resolve immediate operational and/or safety concerns.
