CRESCENT VIEW WEST PUBLIC CHARTER (CVW) Full Time, Monday – Friday Competitive Compensation: $23.32 per hour - Bachelor's Degree $17.49 per hour - At least two years of College (48 units), or Associate degree (or higher) from an accredited state college, or pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction issued by an approved Local education agency. The Tutor will help the student comprehend subject material in order to successfully complete the course. This position will perform other related school activities in support of student engagement and retention. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent, and Completion of at least two years of College (48 units), or Associate degree (or higher) from an accredited state college, or Pass a State or local academic assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction(California Basic Education Skills Test) Knowledgeable in Math and Reading teaching techniques is preferred Bilingual speaking skills is desired A demonstrated interest in a teaching career is desired Proficient in basic computer literacy and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Benefits: Learn4Life is committed to providing quality and affordable benefits to our employees.
