Job Summary
The inclusion facilitator, under the direction of the Director of Special Education, will assist with the implementation of special education inclusive practices in preschool through age 22. The Inclusion Program Facilitators will help design and deliver professional development on the core and supplemental academic curriculum, instruction, materials, behavioral supports, and mindsets. The facilitators will be well-versed in coaching and inclusion implementation.

The District is seeking a candidate, who is sensitive to diverse viewpoints and experiences; who has the ability to inspire trust, confidence and enthusiasm, and is willing to take risks to achieve administrative excellence; who has exemplified the highest professional and ethical standards and behavior; and one who is a consensus-builder and team player. We are looking for one preschool/elementary facilitator, one middle school facilitator, and one high school facilitator. Please read job description. Required Certification, Education and Experience: - Must have a Bachelor’s. Master’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a related field - Current Educational Specialist or Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPS) in school psychology required - Bilingual Spanish or BCLAD are preferred. - Experience working in K-12 educational setting within special education and inclusion/inclusive classrooms with increasing levels of responsibility
