Requirements / Qualifications
TRAINING, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school, and four years of experience as a maintenance engineer. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Hold a valid California Class C driver's license, and provide proof of insurance; employee entrance evaluation (lifting test); attend asbestos awareness class within six months of employment. Hold a Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) Certificate or equivalent.
Please note that all employees in the Sacramento City Unified School District must meet the District’s vaccination requirement which states that ALL employees must either be vaccinated prior to February 28 , 2022 or have an approved exemption on file.
