8 hour shifts available. Benefits are available to all employees that work 4+ hours a day. ( can combine positions) Vision, Dental , medical and *Retirement - *The District participates in California Public Employees’ Retirement System. Any employee that works a regular schedule of 4 hours or more per day or exceeds 1,000 hours per year is automatically enrolled in Cal Pers.

Requirements / Qualifications

Any combination equivalent to: A High School diploma or equivalent (GED) and five years of increasingly responsible clerical or record keeping experience dealing with attendance, data, and policy preferably in an educational environment

Under direction of assigned administrator, performs a variety of technical and analytical data integration as it relates to local Student Information System (SIS) and State California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS), requiring independent judgment and discretion. Consolidates and ensures that school site data maximizes reimbursement for the District. Maintains District attendance records and prepares a variety of reports. Trains and provides work direction and data application troubleshooting to school sites to assure District and State mandated guidelines are met
