Requirements / Qualifications

The Baldwin Park Unified School District is recruiting for a Risk Management Technician. The employee will perform specialized technical and clerical duties in support of the Department of Business, Risk Management and Benefits in the administration of the District’s fringe benefit and self-insured/fully insured programs. For a full description of the duties assigned, please review the job description. Selection Process: The selection process tentatively consists of the District application review and interviews. The Human Resources Department will contact all applicants once the selection process has been finalized. IMPORTANT DATES: The application screening will be conducted after the position has closed. Interview Date: TBD MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Equivalent to graduation from high school, including or supplemented by courses in computers, office methods, and procedures. Experience: Three years of workers’ compensation and benefits experience in a public school District setting is preferred. REQUIRED LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATES Notary Public License preferred.
