Requirements / Qualifications
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or recognized equivalent, and either an Associates Degree of Arts (AA) or completion of 48 college/university semester units; one (1) year of paid or volunteer experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable; coursework in childcare, supervision, psychology, or guidance; and experience working with diverse groups and cultures or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. BILINGUAL REQUIRED - must be able to speak, read, and write in Spanish. LICENSES: Valid California Drivers License. After submitting a completed application there is a MANDATORY written test for this classification on TUESDAY. OCTOBER 25, 2022 AT 9 AM. The test is administered at the District Office in the Human Resources Department, at 321 Iowa Street, Fallbrook, CA 92028. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF TESTING IS NOT COMPLETED.
