SUMMARY Under the direction of the Special Project’s Manager, the Early Learning Facilitator will maintain ongoing contact with families, provide prevention and intervention services to help families access resources and services that support parent education, monitor the child’s development and well-being (including safety), enhance parent problem-solving skills, reduce/ameliorate risk factors and enhance protective factors to support and integrate services into the family setting through a human-centered approach. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in ECE/CD or closely related field from an accredited institution. Two years of relevant experience working with children and families. Knowledgeable in case management, referral management, and home visitation programs. Experience in Developmental Assessments, Protective Factors, and home visitation curriculum. Effective data collection, communication, and public presentation methods and skills; effective analytical techniques and practices; proficient in Microsoft applications, technical and business writing. A valid California Class C driver’s license is required, and reference checks are required prior to employment.
