The San Diego Unified School District currently has the following Middle-Level Financial Clerk 10-month, full-time (40 hours per week) position available: Taft Middle School (Area D) Qualifies for District Paid health and wellness benefits for employees and dependents BASIC FUNCTION: Perform budget and financial-clerical activities in a middle-level school or designated atypical schools.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to formal bookkeeping or accounting training, and three years of recent, full-time equivalent, paid bookkeeping or fiscal-clerical experience. Three school years (30 full-time equivalent months) is acceptable. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid California driver’s license and availability of private vehicle may be required for designated positions (mileage expense allowance provided).
