Copy of Certificate of Clearance (COC) from California Proof of Basic Skills requirement (CBEST, Transcripts, ACT/SAT)

- 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit OR Multiple Subject Teaching Credential - General Subjects
OR Single Subject Teaching Credential - Other (Add current California Issued Credential )
