El Rio Community School is an independent public charter school informed by the principles of Waldorf Education and authorized by the Los Angeles Unified School District. We opened our doors in the fall of 2020 to serve students and families in northeast Los Angeles. We are located in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood in Northeast Los Angeles, close to Highland Park, South Pasadena, and El Sereno.

Mandarin teacher for Grades 1-5 for 14 hours a week plus prep time . Current teacher is going out on maternity leave, and may or may not return. Sub permit or qualification for a sub permit needed, or Single Subject Mandarin credential.
