Each of our 18 different school sites is a “School of Choice” with individual focuses such as health and fitness, drama and the arts, technology, music and science just to mention a few. The district is broken into four areas called quadrants. Students have the opportunity to choose any school within the quadrant in which they live based on their interest AND still have transportation provided. Job Summary
Under the direction of the Principal, supervises and directs groups of children in various locations at the school site. Note: Some positions may have a split shift.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of • School rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Ability to • Work independently. • Follow directions and instructions. • Work cooperatively with students, coworkers, teachers, and administrators. • Be firm but fair in enforcing rules. • Listen, speak and communicate effectively. • Have good judgment in matters of safety. • Work with children in groups or individually. EXPERIENCE Required: None Desired: Experience with children Philosophy consistent with Montessori curriculum
