
Specialist Position: Garden Coordinator (K-8) at Lagunitas School District

Job Summary
The Lagunitas School District has a shared garden in the field between two schools. The garden is abundant with many beds of edible plants, a greenhouse, and a drip irrigation system. The Garden Coordinator will work collaboratively with teachers to maintain our school garden, develop and implement a program to teach practical gardening skills, nature awareness, nutrition and respect for the environment. The position is for 13 hours a week. Hours are flexible, between 8:30 am - 3 pm, Monday through Friday during the school year. There may be some additional hours over the summer for maintaining the garden.

• Hourly Rate: $18.37 – $24.18. There are no benefits for this part-time position.
