Natomas Unified School District is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Office of the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) who is self-motivated, innovative, and goal-oriented. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who has the ability to: Analyze and use data to develop long and short-range plans to create, improve, and monitor systems and processes Assist in the administration and monitoring of large, complex budgets as directed Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project potential consequences of proposed solutions, and see plans to completion Be innovative, think outside of the box, be creative, develop new methods or solutions, and inspire others to reach department goals collectively About the Office of the Chief Academic Officer The Office of the Chief Academic Officer (CAO) is a team of staff committed to providing integrated support to our students, families, and staff–our “learning community”. We work with school sites and families to implement training, programs, services, and opportunities intended to encourage student growth and achievement. We believe that it is our responsibility to focus on supporting all NUSD students to provide an engaging and safe learning community where all students will demonstrate responsibility, achieve academic and social-emotional growth, embrace diversity, and are prepared to make decisions about their college and career success.
