Job Summary
This is a Classified Management position for Laguna Beach. Under the direction of the Assistant Superintendent of Instructional Services, the Director of Early Learning is responsible for the management and delivery of comprehensive services for families and children from age three through age five including early childhood learning experiences to facilitate school readiness, student screening, parent/family education, provider education, summer programming as well as building community partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications: Experience: Requires supervisory experience in a preschool or early childhood program. Education: Bachelor's Degree in child development or psychology, direct experience in working with children, ages birth to 5, and/or their families.
There is one position available at 8.0 hours per day/5 days per week/12 months per year. This position is eligible for health and welfare benefits with a monthly (for 10 months) share of the premium cost. This position is eligible for: 17 paid holidays 22 days of vacation per year
