Recruitment will close without warning when sufficient applications have been received. • The current opening is 40 hours per week, 12 months per year. • The recruitment will be run as Open, meaning it is open to current employees, employees on the reemployment list, and the public. This will result in the creation of one list of successful candidates to be considered for hire. • The salary for 2022-23 has not yet been negotiated. • Only online applications will be accepted.
Requirements / Qualifications
Any combination equivalent to: • Graduation from high school • Three years' increasingly responsible journey-level experience in the HVAC and refrigeration trade. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Valid California driver's license. • Must be, and remain, insurable under the District's vehicle driver's insurance policy at the standard rate. • Must possess a valid Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Usage Certificate (Universal). • Possession of Puron Certification within five (5) months’ of employment. • A C20 License is highly desirable. • Knowledge of Energy Management Systems (EMS) or Building Management Systems (BMS) is highly desirable
