As a Human Capital Strategic Staffing Analyst, you will report to the Senior Staffing Analyst and be a part of the Certificated Staffing Team within the Talent Acquisition and Assignment unit. You will play an integral role in achieving the mission and goals of SFUSD by supporting a portfolio of school site administrators to execute strong teacher selection and placement processes. You will deliver excellent customer service to our site administrators and certificated candidates as they navigate the recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes.This position offers the opportunity to have a profound impact on teacher quality and student achievement in SanFrancisco. We expect our Human Capital Strategic Staffing Analyst to: Hire outstanding school-site employees (certificated and administrators) who are committed to SFUSD’s mission of social justice and equity and who are highly skilled in moving all of their students to high levels of academic growth. Support a cohort of schools with their staffing certificated and administrator needs, including: Building a relationship with each principal/LEAD to become familiar with the specific hiring and staffing needs of each school; Identifying vacancies and referring of potential candidates based on the site’s unique needs Tracking and documenting referral and vacancy data, and supporting hiring managers to execute an effective and efficient hiring process and ensure all vacancies are filled Meeting with cohort and school site leaders at least 3-4 times per year (and additionally as needed) to discuss recruitment and hiring, employee effectiveness assessments, and retention plans Consulting with principals/LEAD to assist in the development of a school recruitment and retention plan, competency-based selection model, effective interview techniques Provide logistical support and compliance to school site leaders on district deadlines and key dates, federal and state policies, requirements established by the
