Job Summary

Position Summary: This position is responsible for supervision and support of a specific list of school sites. Primary Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide primary supervision and support for Site Directors and act as their primary contact • Build the capacity of Site Directors to become increasingly skilled, confident and successful in their work by fostering professional skill development of all site staff • Ensure that Site Directors provide support to Program Leaders to become increasingly skilled, confident and successful in their work. Core Competencies: • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with school staff, colleagues and students • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide effective supervision and training to multiple employees • Strong organizational, administrative, time management, and planning skills • Microsoft Office Suite fluent Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or higher • Minimum of two years’ experience working with youth • Minimum of two years’ experience in a supervisory role • Minimum of two years’ experience Teaching and Training • Minimum of two years’ experience supervising staff • Proven success designing and implementing staff development plan ***Please refer to attached job description for full details of job role and responsibilities.*** Location: Visalia, CA

Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree • 5 years of related experience in nonprofit organization(s), preferred • Experience working with grants, preferred. • 2 years of experience in the supervision of staff.

• Ability to analyze and improve internal systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with mission • Strong understanding of grant-related data requirements including attendance and enrollment. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and writing skills. • Professional awareness, with ability to represent the organization, build partnerships with external agencies and individuals, and collaborate effectively with multiple school districts • Excellent organizational skills with systems and office procedures • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel General Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age or older • Must pass a DOJ/FBI background screen • Must receive TB clearance • Must pass pre-employment drug screening • Must be able to travel and transport supplies between administrative office and site or other locations • If using personal vehicle for travel and transportation of supplies, a valid California Driver License and proof of adequate auto insurance coverage is required • Must be willing to work some weekends when staff development or other activities are scheduled Benefits offered for this job: -Medical -Dental -Life Insurance -Vision -Vacation -Holidays -Sick Leave The position's location is in Visalia, CA
