Job Summary

Perform a variety of professional activities involved in the research, collection, organization, analysis, preparing, processing, interpretation and reporting of District and school special education data as well as a variety of other data; have primary responsibility for the collection, organization, verification, and submission of California Department of Education mandated data submissions, including but not limited to Special Education Information System (SEIS or equivalent) CBEDS\CALPADS; utilize an assigned computer system to input and extract data, maintain automated records and generate a variety of statistical reports and documents. Candidate should possess Strong data analysis and data modeling skills - Experience with creating either reports or dashboards that include dynamic data visualization. - Experience designing, implementing and maintaining databases. Employees new to the District are allowed salary schedule placement credit for up to two (2) years of previous experience with a maximum salary schedule entry placement for step three (3).
