CERTIFICATE/MATERIALS REQUIRED TO UPLOAD (otherwise application will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed): (1) A fully completed application along with attachments as shown in #2 - #4 (2) CBEST verifications (3) 2-3 Letters of Recommendation (dated and current within a year of job posting) (4) Transcripts (showing your BA degree)

In addition to the items shown above, you will be asked to provide the following documents upon hire: *100.00 Money Order made payable to: California Teaching Commission * Official Transcripts (sealed envelope or emailed from the university to: lking@perrisesd.org) * CPR/First Aid Certifications * Driver's License * Social Security Card * TB Skin test (within 4 years) Sub Rate: TK-6 = $210.00/day (7.5hrs) (pro-rated for less than a full day) Long Term Assignments = $220.00/day starting on the 21st consecutive day K-8 (Charter) = $220.00/day (8hrs) (pro-rated for less than a full day) Long Term Assignments = $230.00/day starting on the 21st consecutive day
