Requirements / Qualifications

SIGNING BONUS: The District has established a $7,500 signing bonus for Special Education Teachers for the 2022-2023 school year. RUSD accept all years of verified teaching experience for salary placement.

Minimum Qualifications: • Valid California - Educational Specialist Instruction Credential - Mild/Moderate Disabilities or Specialist Instruction Credential in Special Education - Learning Handicapped • Added Authorization - Autism • EL Authorization Application Packet: Interested applicants are required to submit the following: • Letter of Interest • Resume’ • Three (3) reference letters dated within the last 2 years • Copy of Credential(s) & EL Authorization (From CTC website - Please print each credential that lists expiration dates and details.) • Copy of unofficial transcripts (official transcripts will be requested only if selected for position) NOTE: Application packet must be complete at time of submission.
