Job Description / Essential Elements:

Knowledge of school rules and procedures including safety rules, methods of dealing with students firmly but fairly, and first aid procedures. Ability to maintain acceptable standards of behavior among children, communicate orally and in writing, and exercise sound judgment and initiative in a variety of situations.
