*CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENT* 1. Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential - Language, Speech & Hearing, or Clinical or Rehabilitative Services or equivalent. REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS 1) Copy of California credential 2) Letter of Introduction 3) Two Letters of Recommendation. A minimum of two referencing your work within the last 12 months and a minimum of two supervisor references on your application. 4) Resume
