Job Summary
Under general supervision of the Director of Maintenance, this position is responsible for providing an optimum environment for teaching and learning through the maintenance of systems which control room temperatures, to do skilled work in the installation, maintenance, repair, modification, and operation of air conditioning systems and heating, ventilating and boiler equipment, and to do other maintenance work as required. Requirements / Qualifications
Please Attach: Resume Letter of Introduction *Letter(s) Recommendation (*Not a prerequisite to apply for current FCUSD employees) Experience: Three years experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning equipment and the general field of heating and ventilating equipment. One year of experience in the intermediate air conditioning maintenance technician class may be applied. Education: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade. License: Possession of a valid California driver's license.
Upon Conditional Offer of Employment - DOJ and FBI Criminal Background Check completed at the district office for a fee of $30. - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - Complete district training on Mandated Reporter, Covid 19, and Sexual Harassment - Pre-Employment Physical Evaluation conducted through the District. Lift test included (MIN 50 lbs). ***Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all TK-12 public and private school employees, all Folsom Cordova Unified School District employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID~19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID~19 testing***
