Job Summary

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Associate Superintendent, Human Resources, perform highly responsible and professional legal compliance functions for the District; investigate and make recommendations on claims of infractions against State and federal laws and regulations; monitor and record the final disposition of complaints; provide training to District staff regarding legal compliance issues. FCUSD is seeking to build a team that is representative of our student body and community. Diverse individuals are encouraged to apply.

Requirements / Qualifications

Required Attachments: Resume Letter of Intent Two Current Letter(s) of Recommendation (Not a prerequisite to apply for current FCUSD employees however, highly encouraged) QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: Experience: Three years of diversified experience involving legal research, responding to legal complaints, and conducting investigations. Education: A bachelor’s degree in public administration or a related field. Law degree is preferred. Other: A valid California driver's license

Upon Conditional Offer of Employment - DOJ and FBI Criminal Background Check completed at the district office for a fee of $30. - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - Complete district training on Mandated Reporter, Covid 19, and Sexual Harassment ***Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all TK-12 public and private school employees, all Folsom Cordova Unified School District employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID~19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID~19 testing***
