FLEX College Prep is a privately owned educational services organization, offering college admissions consulting, test prep and tutoring to middle and high school students. We’re looking for a People Operations Manager to join our growing Company. This is an integral role, from day-to-day HR operations to strategic planning, the People Operations Manager supports employees and leaders to achieve our vision. What we’re looking for: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), business, or related field. 5+ years experience in human resources. 3+ years in a supervisory role. Current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. Strong generalist experience covering all functional areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employment law, employee relations, employee engagement, employee development, compensation and benefits. Strong leadership and management skills. Experience working with various HR software (HRIS, Performance Management tools, ATS, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate with diplomacy and tact. What you’ll do: Strategy, Planning and Management Reporting Partner closely with department heads and management to assess existing programs, processes, and practices, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience and support departments to achieve their goals Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Work with Department Heads to identify and open requisitions Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, training, and placement/staffing Training and Development Oversee recurring training for employees, mananagers, and departments, as-needed Facilitate management training and professional development events Performance Management Manage the perf
