THIS IS THE FINAL NOTICE OF THE TESTING DATE REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, perform complex accounting, payroll, and benefits duties related to preparation of the District payroll, benefits, accounts payable/receivable, student attendance and enrollment data; prepare a variety of required reports. The position requires in-depth knowledge concerning technical application of accounting, payroll, and benefits principles. This position operates with more freedom to act and is typically assigned complete responsibility for specific accounting, payroll, and benefits functions and related records and reports. Incumbents may assist in other fiscal activities in support of higher level functions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and course work in accounting or three years accounting clerical experience; payroll processing preferred Applicants must apply on www.edjoin.org and attach all requested document to your online application.
