Assist in maintaining a school environment which will result in optimul staff and student learning. Support staff efforts toward meeting established standards of expected pupil performance. Assist in curriculum improvement, teacher selection, supervision, and evaluation, and create the master schedule. Prepare state and federal reports. Direct all aspects of classified employee work. Coordinate buildings and grounds maintenance and use. Act as principal in the absence of the principal.
