Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Operations Officer, the Director of School Performance and Student Outcomes plays a critical role in supporting and empowering school and district leadership to improve preK-12 student outcomes. The Director will by designing and utilizing data analytics to inform decision making and determine the impact of strategic actions addressing goals. The Director helps to plan and manage systems that assess and track the progress of students in district, state, and federally funded programs. The Director incorporates a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) to build a culture of data literacy to drive meaningful change. The Director monitors systems of accountability for effective expenditure of federal and state resources, ensuring that every dollar is used to benefit students.
