Valid California Credential - You must include a copy of your valid California Teaching Credential. Examples of accepted documents are: 1. Multiple Subject 2. Single Subject 3. Education Specialist 4. 30-Day Substitute Credentials TB Certification - negative and dated within the last 4 years. If you do not currently have, please visit your medical provider or Google CVS Minute Clinic for a location in your area Livescan fingerprints through the San Diego County Office of Education Clearinghouse (separate from the Certificate of Clearance fingerprints to obtain your credential)
