Job Summary
Under supervision of Director of Food Services, direct the staff at a satellite kitchen in the preparation and serving of food; maintain clean kitchen and equipment; maintain inventory of food and supplies, place orders with Food Service Office for needed items.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must secure Food Handlers/Food Safety certification within six months of employment. Must pass pre-employment physical prior to first day of employment.
