Job Summary

As a Special Education Paraprofessional you will join a team that upholds high expectations, fosters social development, and facilitates intellectual growth of our scholars. We are seeking enthusiastic educators to provide targeted academic and behavioral support for scholars receiving special education services. You will work with education specialists to ensure that scholars receive consistent, well-planned, and individualized interventions in order to meet their IEP goals. Alpha is fiercely entrepreneurial and we are focused on supporting our scholars as they grow into self-reliant leaders who will achieve success in their school, college, and career.
