Requirements / Qualifications
TB test, MMR, Tdap and Influenza immunizations due before first day of employment.
Interested applicants are required to submit the following documentation with their on-line application:
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (One Personal Letter and One Professional letter required)
- Proof of HS Graduation (High School Diploma or Equivalent)

Applicants must submit required credentials and/or proof of qualifications to be considered in the selection process. All applicants will be required to pass a Criminal Record Clearance (State & Federal fees are responsibility of employee), and agency sponsored physical examination post offer.
