The District offers health benefits for both employee and family. There are five plans that the employee can choose from. Each plan offers a different level of coverage and cost. The negotiated settlement that the District pays for the annual cap for health benefits for certificated staff is $20,046. If an employee chooses a plan in which the cost is lower than the annual cap, the employee will receive the difference in pay. Medical plans range from low deductible plans to high deductible plans. Composite rate to cover your family members and/or registered domestic partners. Dental and vision plans are included in all but the lowest plan.
The District has a $1500 annual stipend for a MA degree.
The District contributes 16.28% for participation in the State Teachers Retirement System.
The District pays for the cost of participation in the Teacher Induction Program.
The District provides an Instructional Coach at each general education site with localized grade level and department level meetings as well as District collaboration days monthly.
