FIVE YEARS SUCCESSFUL ACADEMIC ADVISORY OR TEACHING IN A CORE SUBJECT (ENGLISH, MATH, SCIENCE OR SOCIAL STUDIES) AT THE SECONDARY LEVEL . EXPERTISE IN A-G GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS . EXPERTISE IN JOB TRAINING REQUIRED . KNOWLEDGE OF THE COMMON CORE . STRONG ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. PROVIDE LEADERSHIP, PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION, AND MONITORING OF ALL PROGRAM COMPONENTS OF THE SCHOOL SITE TRANSFORMATION MODEL. 2. GAIN COMMITMENT FROM STAKEHOLDERS TO THE VISION, STRATEGY AND RESOURCES OF THE LYNWOOD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT. 3. FACILITATE THE INTELLECTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF STAFF TO SUPPORT INCREASED STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT. 4. CREATE POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS, PARENTS, THE SCHOOL, DISTRICT AND COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT STUDENT COLLEGE AND CAREER READINESS. 5.
