Job Summary
Leroy Greene Academy, a Dependent Charter School within Natomas Unified School District is seeking a Director of Pathways (equivalent to an Assistant Principal) who, under the supervision of the principal, will develop, promote, the two educational pathways, Business Entrepreneurship and Visual Arts & Technology to ensure a balanced educational and social environment for students and staff. This position supports staff in Visual Arts & Technology integrating current technology in graphic design, web design, animation, art history, digital photography and commercial art. In Business Entrepreneurship support staff with curriculum that creates a business, product or service, analyze, research, create prototypes, market ideas, and pitch concepts. This position also handles day-to-day student discipline issues.

LGA implements challenging academic programs and high-leverage systems that ensure all students are prepared for college. Students complete coursework in two innovative pathways -- Visual Arts &Technology, and Business & Entrepreneurship. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Hold a valid teacher's license with appropriate endorsement and experience. Hold a minimum of an administrative credential, with masters degree preferred. Possess the professional and personal characteristics necessary for working with students, staff and community.
