Job Summary
The job of Administrative Assistant is done for the purpose/s of supporting the educational process by providing complex and confidential secretarial and administrative support to the school site principal and other administrators; conveying information regarding school functions and procedures; ensuring efficient operation of support functions; and coordinating assigned projects and site activities. Employees in this job classification perform the functions and related tasks pertinent to the work assignment and location in which they serve.

DETAILS: Increase to number of duty days. Incumbent in this position currently works 195 days; position will increase to 245 days, leaving additional 50 duty days available. SELECTION PROCESS: All employees of Sanger Unified School District holding the title of Administrative Assistant who request a transfer will be granted a site interview for the additional duty days. HOW TO APPLY: Written requests to transfer to this position must be submitted to the SUSD Personnel Commission Office, 1905 7th St., Sanger, CA 93657. Transfer forms are available from the Personnel Commission Office, Human Resources, or on the SUSD website. Go to 'HR' > 'Forms' > 'Transfer Request' to complete the form.
