Requirements / Qualifications
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (vaccination exemptions may apply) or submission to weekly COVID-19 testing upon employment. Immunizations: Tdap (within the last 10 years), MMR
- Driver's License Copy (Current Drivers License and Proof of liability inusrance)
- Proof of HS Graduation (Copy of High School Diploma or GED)

All applicants will be required to pass a Criminal Record Clearance (State & Federal fees are the responsibility of employee), and agency sponsored physical examination, back assessment and TB test post offer.
