* Valid California Multiple Subject Credential * Letter of Introduction * Current Resume * (3) Three letters of recommendation, (1) One from a current supervisor; all within the last 2 years. PVUSD offers the following incentives:
Masters and Doctorate degree stipends of $1,854 (pro-rated to FTE)
Outstanding benefits for full-time Certificated staff:
BENEFITS
When working less than a 100% contract, you must pay the percentage of the full premium amount equivalent to your percentage leave.
You must add into that figure the full co-pay amount if you have any dependents on your medical plan.
Example: Employee with one dependent on a 50% contract for medical on the Access+HMO SaveNet.

1,454.00 x 50% = 727.00 + 56.00 = 783.00
132.18 x 50% = 66.09 + 5.09 = 71.18 Total per month=854.18
Payments will be deducted monthly from your paycheck (except the month of July).
Insurance coverage cannot be declined/canceled unless you are working less than a 90% contract.
Anthem Select PPO, Blue Shield HSA PPO and Kaiser
If you drop any family member from your coverage plan(s),
YOU CANNOT ADD THEM BACK TO YOUR INSURANCE PLAN UNTIL OPEN ENROLLMENT.
Insurance Plans: Kaiser, BlueShield PPO, BlueShield HMO, Anthem PPO, HSA (Health Savings Account)
Quality Learning Environment:
We deliver a dynamic educational program to over 20,000 students at our sixteen elementary schools, six middle schools, three high schools, five charter schools, seventeen children´s centers, a continuation high school, an Adult Education School, and two alternative schools.
Employment with the Pajaro Valley Unified School District is not complete or official until applicants meet all pre-employment requirements, including Board of Trustee approval. As part of the selection process, all new employees are required to provide the following information: new employees must be fingerprinted (paid by the District); TB test (paid by the employee); social security card; picture identification; and authorization to work (I-9).
