Job Summary
Job Summary
The position provides direct support and services to all students in the areas of academic achievement and college application. Responsible for administering all aspects of the college search, including assisting incoming high school students with college entrance information. Develops, implements, and oversees overall high school college counseling and college guidance programs in accordance with state standards, and works with guidance counselors to make sure students are meeting “A-G” requirements.

El Camino Real Charter High School is in need of one (1) College Counselor(s). The following are required for this position prior to the offer of employment: -Fingerprint Clearance -TB Clearance -Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination Status A complete application file consists of: -Cover Letter -Certificated online application through EdJoin -Current Resume -Three letters of reference
• Master’s Degree in School Counseling, Education or Psychology; • Current California Pupil Personnel Services Credential with an authorization in school counseling; • Experience working with high school age students required; • Working, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Student Information Systems and other organizational technology; • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills.
