This position is an "on call, as needed" assignment providing classroom instruction when a regular teacher is absent.
Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIRED TO APPLY 1. COMPLETED Ed Join application. 2. Two CURRENT Professional Letters of Recommendation (MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED WITHIN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS) attached to application. 3. List 3 Professional References and contact information on application. 3. Hold, or be eligible for, a California teaching credential / permit (minimum requirements BA degree/CBEST/Subject Matter Competency). Please attach all applicable documentation. REQUIRED UPON HIRE 1. All candidates will be required to complete mandated online trainings (i.e. Sexual Harassment, Boundary Invasion, Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Prevention, Mandatory Reporting, and New Hire Orientation). 2. Current TB clearance 3. All applicants must have fingerprint clearance with DOJ and FBI prior to hire. 4. Medical examination form.
