Job Summary
Under general direction, purchase materials, supplies, equipment, and services in accordance with established policies and procedures; review and process requisitions and purchase orders; perform specialized clerical work; coordinate ordering and follow-up activities to ensure efficient and prompt buying and receipt of goods; perform related work as required. Requirements / Qualifications
Attach the following Required Documents: Resume Letter of Intent Two Current Letters of Recommendation, from current or previous supervisor (NOT necessary for current FCUSD employees however, highly encouraged) Experience and Education Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school supplemented by college-level course work in business, purchasing or related field Two (2) years in public school district purchasing preferred
Upon Conditional Offer of Employment - Department of Justice Criminal Background Check completed at the district office for a fee of $30. - TB Test (Valid for 4 Years) - Complete district training on Mandated Reporter, Covid 19, and Sexual Harassment ***Pursuant to the State Public Health Officer Order of August 11, 2021 affecting all TK-12 public and private school employees, all Folsom Cordova Unified School District employees and substitutes are required to either provide evidence of COVID~19 vaccination or participate in weekly COVID~19 testing***
