*** See Job Description for details *** Required Qualifications • Experience required to obtain a CTE Teaching Credential in Information and Communication Technologies (if you don’t already have an active credential): • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 1000+ hours paid or unpaid work experience in programming/software engineering, OR • 3+ years paid or unpaid work experience in programming/software engineering, OR • Single Subject Math Credential • Solid foundational computer science knowledge and experience with at least one programming language • Enthusiastic, proactive, and collaborative: you enjoy learning new things and are always looking for ways to improve your work. You do your best work as part of a team, and love to brainstorm solutions with teammates. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience with web development using JavaScript or Python • Prior experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring K-12 students Location: Pasadena High School
