- BS or BA from accredited college and / or university and CA teaching credential is preferred but not a requirement.

Livermore Valley Academy is a growing private school from Pre-K to 8th Grade.
LVA takes an individual approach to learning, as we understand that each child is unique and learns differently. We foster a safe and nurturing environment and are committed to providing all students with an overall school experience that incorporates the “whole child” offering STEAM, P.E./Health, Music, SEL, and Spanish for all grade levels. Our belief is that kids learn best when they are healthy, safe, engaged, supported, and challenged. All kids deserve a safe, secure, and thoughtful place where a kid can be a kid.
We use the Savvas' (previously known as Pearsons) latest curriculum as the basis of instruction and other instructional materials/approaches to meet kiddos where they are, preparing well-rounded students. They work at a just-right pace, develop independence where they are recognized for their strengths, and overcome fears of failing. We also believe in the full integration of Students with learning differences where teachers receive coaching support from our staff experts.
