These positions are on-call, as needed, to fill in for employee day-to-day absences, and to cover vacancies or limited-term assignments. Assignment schedules and sites may differ. Custodian Substitute/Temporary - $20.39/hour Typical shifts are 8 hours a day between the hours of 6:00am-2:30pm; 10:00am-6:30pm; 3:00pm-11:30am; 3:30pm-12:00am General Description Under the supervision of the assigned supervisor and/or direction of the site supervisor/head custodian/lead custodian, the Custodian II performs general custodial duties such as cleaning assigned facilities and grounds to ensure attractive, sanitary and safe facilities for students, staff and the public; provides necessary equipment and makes appropriate furniture arrangement(s) for meetings, classroom activities and events; secures facilities and grounds for the purposes of minimizing property damage, loss and liability exposure.
