1. Hold or be eligible for a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential; 2. Master’s Degree in school psychology or a related field, including one year of internship; 3. Ability and willingness to complete the BCBA coursework and exam; 4. Knowledge of psychological and psycho-educational assessment instruments and procedures and their interpretation; 5. Knowledge of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports; 6. Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies; 7. Response to Instruction and Intervention (RtI2); 8. The ability to establish rapport with students and build effective relationships with parents and staff; 9. Hold a valid California driver’s license.
