OLP is seeking a high energy, highly skilled teacher for motivated students. We are focused on clear and consistent CCSS based instruction in literacy and other subjects, so someone with strong, creative skills in teaching all subjects in either a 3rd OR 4th grade class. A background in CIM (Core Instructional Methods) lesson design, mini lessons, small group instruction, student conferencing and analyzing assessments is preferred. Experience with Benchmark Advance and/or Envisions math is a bonus. Must be a positive team player with parents and staff. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are required.
