**Candidates must have experience working with students in a classroom setting.
*Experience working with RTI groups preferred
*High School diploma with 60 college units or AA degree or better. Bachelor's degree preferred.
*Montessori training and experience desired. Montessori certification or assistant's certification preferred.

Comments and Other Information
This position consists of supervision and working with small groups of students in multiple classrooms and supervision duties in a TK/K Montessori classroom
The Instructional Assistant will also participate in occasional professional development.
Experience with or knowledge of the Montessori Method preferred
Bilingual (Spanish), a plus
Must be a team player, coachable and be able to effectively handle a variety of responsibilities
