Edjoin Classified Application SCOE Receptionist Exam and SCOE Bilingual/Bi-literate Exam One year of responsible general clerical experience is required. If you already have a SCOE Receptionist Certificate please attach it to your application. ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance & Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance will be required prior to employment. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass the Pearson Vue Administrator test to use the Pearson Vue Software within ninety (90) days of first day of employment.

BASIC FUNCTION: : Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, proctor GED test in Spanish, assist with GED registration, operate a centralized telephone console; greet and assist visitors to the office; receive, sort, distribute and process incoming, outgoing and internal mail and correspondence; perform basic computer applications, perform a variety of clerical support duties.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Qualifications are any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school, passing the Stanislaus County Office of Education Receptionist Exam and English/Spanish Oral and Written Translation exam. One year of responsible general clerical experience is required.
LICENSE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass the Pearson Vue Administrator test to use the Pearson Vue Software within ninety (90) days of first day of employment.
BENEFITS: A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.
