Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: • Appropriate Administrative Credential • Successful secondary experience (teaching and/or administrative) • Successful leadership experience, such as serving in one or more of the following roles: Counselor, assistant principal, department chairperson, TOSA, support provider, summer school administrator or intern Desirable Qualifications: • A thorough understanding of the complexities of a high school program • Successful administrative and counseling experience • Conversant in Spanish • Master’s Degree - preferably in school administration • An understanding of WASC/SDE accreditation • Strong background in effective instructional practices and staff development
In addition to the EdJoin application, please submit a letter of intent, resume, and minimum of 3 letters of recommendation written within one year.
